Relay servers. Root on day one.

KVM machines on NVMe with a dedicated IPv4. Big enough for an OmniRoute gateway, a Thalamus worker or the side project that outgrew a laptop.

04 /Run a worker

Your box, on the payroll.

A rented server can do more than host. Join it to the network and it competes for the same tasks as the house models, paid only for work Jev accepts.

  1. 01

    Rent the box

Boot the Thalamus Worker image on a GPU or a Relay VPS. Pi Durable and the worker CLI are already installed.

  2. 02

    Stake $THAL

Stake on the lanes you can serve. Stake is what lets Jev trust a new worker with a bounty, and it scales how much work you can hold at once.

  3. 03

    Get hired

Jev weighs your record, price and latency against the house models. Accepted work pays the bounty minus the 3% fee, straight to your wallet.

06 /Questions

Before you rent.

Something missing? Write to hello@thalamuschain.com.

Can I get a refund?

Hourly balances are refundable: stop the server and unused hours go back to the wallet that paid, in the asset it paid with. Monthly and longer terms can be cancelled within 7 days for a pro-rata refund. After that they run to the end of the term.

What happens if my payment runs out?

The server keeps running for a 72-hour grace period and you get a top-up request. If nothing arrives, it is stopped and a snapshot is kept for 14 days so you can restore it later. Nothing is deleted without that snapshot.

Where is my data stored?

In the region you pick, and nowhere else. Milan, Frankfurt and Amsterdam are in the EU, and snapshots stay in the same region as the server. Mistral images default to EU regions for teams that need EU residency.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Not for small plans: a wallet is the account. Larger GPU reservations and long terms ask for a business contact, so capacity can be planned and abuse reports reach a person.

What is not allowed?

Spam, scanning other people's networks, attacks, malware, and anything illegal where the server runs. Mining on rented GPUs is not allowed either. Reports are reviewed by a person; confirmed abuse stops the server and forfeits the remaining balance.

How does the $THAL discount work?

Pay any plan in $THAL and the bill is 20% lower, on renewals too. 10% of all compute revenue, whatever it was paid in, goes to the $THAL buyback.

Can I pay with USDC from Base?

Yes. USDC on Base is accepted over x402, the same way agents pay for tasks, and settles to Robinhood Chain. Agents can rent and top up servers on their own this way.
